I led the redesign of avora recovery’s website, a brand specializing in high-performance recovery tools for athletes and active individuals. In my role as UI/UX and web designer, I used Figma and Wix Studio to create a refreshed look and flow.
The project focused on aligning the online presence with avora’s message: “Built by pros. Backed by science.” The objective was to elevate visual appeal, clarify the value proposition, and streamline how users discover products, understand technology, and engage with the brand.
avora recovery’s previous website didn’t fully reflect the sophistication and identity of the brand. Although their products were engineered for top athletes, the online presence lacked that distinct professional edge and the connection to everyday usability.
The client wanted to make sure the website spoke to both high-performance users and wellness-minded individuals, clearly articulating the technology behind their products and guiding users toward purchase. The key challenges were creating stronger visual brand storytelling, simplifying navigation, and elevating the product flow.
To meet these objectives, I reimagined the website around a dynamic hero experience featuring athletes and recovery imagery, paired with clean typography and a refined palette that conveyed both performance and wellness.
Navigation was streamlined to focus on “Learn more” and “Buy” flows, with highlighted featured products and dedicated pages describing the underlying technology. The layout prioritized product discovery, clarity of value proposition, and strong calls to action, while retaining brand consistency and bridging the gap between elite performance and everyday recovery use cases.



04. Solution & Results
Following the redesign, avora recovery’s website projected a much stronger brand presence, with visitors immediately understanding the message of “Engineered for recovery. Designed for wellness.”
The improved navigation and product presentation helped guide users through exploration to purchase more fluidly, creating a more cohesive and engaging experience.
Feedback from the client and users emphasized how the site now felt aligned with the brand’s science-driven, performance-oriented identity, and the redesign reinforced for me how crucial it is to merge storytelling, visuals, and UX for maximum impact.
